Pamela Bianca Manalo (born August 30, 1986), a native of Manila, was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2009 – Universe at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, on March 7, 2009. Pamela Bianca is the sister of Katherine Anne Manalo, Miss World 2002 Top 10 finalist and the niece of Nini Ramos, Miss International 1968 Top 15 semi-finalist.
